Make the pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Follow directions on back of pasta packaging. We like penne!
Ingredients for the sauce:
2 tbsp oil
1 can tomato paste
2-3 garlic cloves
1 diced white onion
Salt to taste
1 pack ground beef
Make the sauce:
In a pot of your choice, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add diced onions until soft. Add garlic.
Once the onion and garlic blend in the pot, add tomato paste, tomato sauce, water, and ground beef.
Bring to a boil then lower heat and stir until ingredients mix. Let it sit until meat is cooked through.
