CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QC Life) - During QC@3 on Monday, we talked about how exercise is important for your health and could even help you live longer.

Taking control of your health with smaller steps could help you achieve bigger lifestyle goals!

That includes taking a moment of zen.

Ben Kalra, a Charlotte-area yoga instructor, shared with us a few ways we can get started by focusing on opening through the hips, hamstrings, knees, and ankles. You don’t even need equipment!
