25th Annual American Indian Heritage Celebration

Did you know November is American Indian Heritage Month here in North Carolina? The governor made that proclamation this year.
We learned about something free you can do to celebrate.

The North Carolina Museum of History‘s 25th Annual American Indian Heritage Celebration kicks off tomorrow. It’s a chance to learn a host of things virtually and again for FREE. Alyson Vuley, is the Festival Coordinator. She joined us on QC@3 to give us all the details.

Alyson tells us this year’s celebration will be completely different. She tells us everything will be online. She says usually they have thousands of people come to the museum to participate and to view. Alyson tells us this year there will be no visitors, but people from across the state can enjoy this event virtually.

You can learn more about this event, here.
