The holiday season is here and that means spending time with family and friends. While we want to enjoy this festive time we should also be mindful of how to keep ourselves healthy. Today on QC Morning, Dr. Carmen Teague with Atrium Health joined us in studio to give us some tips to avoid getting sick during this time of year.
Here’s your check list for staying healthy:
- Get you flu shot
- Be sure to wash your hands
- Keep hand sanitizer in your purse or pocket
- Start exercising
- Stay hydrated
