Rachel Hopkins is the Owner and Operator of Black Moth Bars. She joined the QC@life team to show them how to make honeysuckle syrup! It begins with about 100 honeysuckles from your yard. Rachel shares the step by step recipe on QC@3. She says the honey suckle syrup is delicious in mocktails or cocktails, like a Tom Collins. Black Moth Bars is located in Camp North End. The venue, which specializes in making locally sourced hand-crafted specialty cocktails, operates out of a renovated vintage Airstream camper on the Camp North end property. Black Moth Bars uses local ingredients like bourbon, honey suckle, and boiled peanuts.
