North Carolina is home to many historical treasures. In the High Country, few are more revered than the Todd General Store in Ashe County. But last week a terrible tragedy. The iconic 107-year-old store burned to the ground. A complete loss. But while the fire may have destroyed the building…it can’t erase the wonderful memories that folks from around the country have after visiting the store.
