Charlotte Woman Creates ‘The Modern Day Black Alphabet’ Book

A local college student got creative during quarantine

By all accounts, Charlotte native Arial Robinson is a mover and a shaker. She has more than 16,000 followers on social media as an influencer and content creator. Now, the North Carolina A&T student has created a book during quarantine. It’s called The Modern Day Black Alphabet. The photo book teaches young children the ABCs while depicting positive images of black life in America. Arial joined the QC@3 team to share her motivation for the book and to provide an overview of its message.
