Happy Valentine’s Day! Today on QC Morning, we ate chocolates and drank wine and then we learned how to decorate delicious desserts with Amelie’s French Bakery! Executive chef and operations director, Mary Jayne Wilson showed us how to make chocolate covered strawberries. We also learned how to write with icing on chocolate eclairs! Jonathan definitely needs a little bit more practice, but Kristen did pretty good for her first time!
