Are you looking for a few healthier options to put on your Thanksgiving table? We sat down with Alice Smith, a Registered Dietitian. She joined us on QC@3 to share a few swaps we can try. Alice tells us you can cut back on butter and sugar and substitute with maple syrup or honey and it still tastes great. She says to make sure you’re plate is colorful this year.
