Today on QC@3, James Bazzelle joined us in the kitchen to show us how to make one of their popular dishes. He also gave us some good advice when it comes to finding a parking space around the restaurant!

Salt to taste if need
2 tbsp. Texas Pete hot sauce
Mix all ingredients. Shape into 6 cakes, and Heat about 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a non-stick frying pan. Sauté until golden brown on each side. This will only take about 3-5 minutes per side.
