Getting babies to sleep at night

Does your baby wake you up during the middle of your sleep?
We’re talking with Novant Health Pediatrics from Denver about the best ways to get your newborns to sleep earlier.
Here are some tips of advice from a professional for new parents:
  • Give your newborn a couple of weeks to get used to laying on their back 5 to 15 minutes at a time.
  • Babies are naturally born nocturnal, so during the day have lights on, do daily activities and simply get the baby used to their new environment.
  • Every baby is different, but most babies start to develop their sleep patterns around four months.
