Helping Parents Keep It Together When It All Gets Too Stressful

Parents and caregivers are walking around with very full plates these days.  Many are working from home, while overseeing schooling from home, and finding ways to pass the time from home.

Sometimes we don’t realize how hard it all is until we inch too close to the breaking point and the stress has nowhere to go but out.

QC@3 reached out to Jaren Doby, a therapist at Novant Health Psychiatric Associates, for some help. He offered advice on how to tell you’re nearing your breaking point, how to cope with the stress, and when to reach out for help from a therapist or other medical professional.
