They could be at large events or family gatherings just having an amazing time. What can you do if you’re feeling left out? Jaren Doby, a therapist at Novant Health Psychiatric Associates, joined us on QC@3 with some helpful tips. Jaren says it’s important to remember you’re not alone. He says everyone is going through this pandemic together, it’s important to realize that its okay to feel how you’re feeling and make the best of your time at home.
