80g. semi-sweet chocolate chips or chopped chocolate (1/2 cup)
Heat heavy cream in microwave for 45 seconds or on stove top until hot, just before boiling.
Pour heavy cream over chocolate and let sit for 2 minutes. Stir until smooth.
