- 1 lb 16/20 shrimp
- 4 ears of corn, shucked and halved
- 24 clams
- 2lb andouille
- 2lb potatoes, quartered
- Old bay
- Bay leaf
1. In a large pot, bring 2 gallons of water to a boil, season water with salt, old bay and bay leaves
2. Add potatoes, cook 10 minutes, add andouille, cook 5 minutes, add corn and clams, cook 5 minutes, add shrimp, cook 2 minutes
3. Using a large slotted spoon carefully remove and place on a large plate or platter
4. Serve and enjoy!
