It’s National Oysters Rockefeller Day! Today on QC@3, we celebrated with Executive Chef Sam Diminich from Upstream as he showed us how to make Oven Roasted Oysters with Leeks, Country Ham, Calabrian Chile Aioli and Scallion Breadcrumbs. Cheryl decided to take a bite after they came out of the oven. We think she should have waited for it to cool.
