Mas Amor Cantina is now open at Hollar Mill in Hickory. The neighborhood Mexican grill and cantina boasts fresh ingredients and several authentic recipes. We’re told the menu will change seasonally. Some of the items on the menu include wood-fired fajitas, enchiladas, tacos, and more. The Executive Chef, Michael Hoeneisen, says he relies on his partnerships with local farmers to bring Tex-Mex food with a North Carolina twist.
Executive Chef Michael and Freddy Julias, the Executive Sous Chef joined us on QC@3. Chef Michael talked about why he decided to open this spot and then they both showed us one of their delicious dishes.
