There have been several changes over the past year. The restaurant and hospitality industry was hit especially hard by the pandemic. As restaurants closed or went to take out only, a lot of chefs found themselves out of work and having to figure out what’s next. That’s what led Chef Sam Diminich to open Your Farms, Your Table. He’s going to be discussing The Ultimate Pivot during the Piedmont Culinary Guild’s virtual symposium. He joined us on QC Morning to tell us more. Chef Sam tells us when the pandemic hit he knew he could cook, he knew the community needed to stay connected and he knew farmers needed to work. So, he created Your Farms, Your Table. Chef Sam says he brings the restaurant experience to your door safely and he is supporting local farmers by using their fresh produce in his dishes.
