Coronavirus is hitting the Charlotte Restaurant Industry hard
The Community Culinary School of Charlotte and the Burke Hospitality Group of restaurants, including Harper’s Charlotte, Mimosa Grill, Upstream and more, are working together to make a difference. The venture is called the Power of 10 Initiative. It’s designed to employ restaurant employees and give people access to food. Small donations of $10 or more will help pay hourly wages and support workers in need of food. Tom Sasser, President and Owner of the Burke Hospitality Group and Chef Ron Ahlert of the Community Culinary School of Charlotte shared insight on QC@3 about the Power of 10 Initiative.
