Pandemic health: Most of us have come up with a new mantra to deal with the difficult things we’re experiencing these days. Have you said to yourself, “It’s okay, we’re in a pandemic!”?
One thing many people have been using that line for is our diet and exercise plans. It turns out, though, this is the time we should be listening to our bodies by moving when we can and eating in a way that is both healthy and makes us feel good.
We turned to Dr. Beth Racine, a professor of public health at UNC Charlotte, and Dr. Corliss Solomon, a recent UNC Charlotte doctoral graduate, for help in getting on and staying on the right track.
