A new local restaurant joins us on QC@3

A new restaurant has opened up in the Fort Mill area. Jonathan Fortes and Amy Fortes, co-owners of Salmeri’s Italian Kitchen joined us on QC@3 to show us how to make one of their best selling dishes, Lobster and Sweet Corn Ravioli. Jonathan let Cheryl mix up the lobster filling and then Amy showed us how to make the sweet corn pasta.
