If you’re looking to spruce up your living space, then look no further! The Southern Spring Home and Garden Show is coming to the Queen City.
For two weekends, the show will be happening at the Park Expo and Conference Center. The show will be open through the weekend of February 22nd, 23rd and 24th and the following weekend of March 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.
Admission is $12 for adults, but if you purchase your tickets online it’s only $10. For seniors 55+, it’s $9 and for children 12 and under it’s free to attend. Parking will cost you $8 at the gate, and it’s cash only.
Some of the highlights for the show include the popular Belgard Gardens with this year’s theme being “Inspired by HGTV.” “Trading Spaces” star Ty Pennington will be on stage Saturday, February 23rd and America’s Test Kitchen host Julia Collins Davison will be on the main stage on Friday, March 1st and Saturday the 2nd.
There are several special discount days as well, including a Hero Day on February 23rd where all active and retired military, first responders and law enforcement can attend the show free of charge with valid ID. There will also be a Teacher Appreciation Day on Sunday, March 2nd where teacher and staff will receive free admission with valid ID. And federal government workers will get free admission all days of the show with valid ID.
The show is open on those Fridays and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and then Sundays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
