Tim Miner of Charlotte is Creative introduces us today to a new best friend: Leon S. Parker.
Miner describes him as a “Renaissance man,” being a digital artist, painter and sculptor.
Now, Parker is teaming up with two organizations to bring life to a 30-year-old building.
