While you may still be trying to get used to it getting dark outside earlier, hopefully your body has gotten adjusted to the time change.

But if not, you aren’t alone.

Experts say for many of us, it can take up to a week to get our sleep schedule back on track.

Dr. Douglas Kirsch is the medical director of sleep medicine at Atrium Health. He talked about ways to get adjusted to the time change.
