The Bulb provides produce to food-insecure neighborhoods.

Ebonee Bailey is the Executive Director of The Bulb. She joined QC@3 alongside Kizuwanda Brewer, who has been using The Bulb’s services for several years.

The Bulb provides mostly local produce, as well as health and wellness education, to food-insecure neighborhoods. In 2020, they provided 2+ bags of nutrient-dense food to 28,800 families.

The Bulb’s #GivingTuesdayCLT goal is to raise $15k to fund one of their mobile markets, preferably the Garinger High School Drive-Thru Market, for next year (2022). This would impact over 200 families per month or 800 individuals per month.
