CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QC Life) - Dance troupes in Chicago and Charlotte want everyone of all abilities to be proud to be in dance class.
Both troupes had a mutual desire to make sure boys and girls – no matter their abilities – are comfortable and enjoying themselves.
The result was something no one could have predicted.
