CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QC Life) - Do you love sitcoms? If so, we’ve got good news; “The Neighborhood” is back with a brand-new season, lots of laughter and family bonding moments.
Cedric the Entertainer, who portrays Calvin on the show, talked to QC Life’s Jorge Andres about what fans can expect from the new season.
For those of you who are not familiar with it, “The Neighborhood” follows a white family as they move to a predominantly black neighborhood and how they adjust to the new environment and navigate the cultural differences in a fun and lighthearted manner.
According to the star, the new season will revolve around Marty exploring how fatherhood will alter his future while Calvin is struggling to adjust to becoming a grandfather. At the same time, Dave and Gemma are trying to come to terms with their son Grover growing up and becoming a teenager.
The new episodes air on Mondays at 8 p.m. right here on WBTV.
