Originally a place of worship for a local church congregation, the religious community had to move out as the number of members continued to grow and parking became too scarce.
As a result, Mark Bolous, president at Whitestone Capital, came to an agreement with the bishop of the church to turn the almost 100-year-old historic building into apartments.
“A lot of prayers went into this building, so your home will be covered in prayers,” Bolous said.

According to Bolous, preserving the building was one of their top priorities. A nod to the past, they retained the original stained-glass windows, arched woodwork ceilings and interior brick walls.
The sleek kitchen and upscale bathrooms add a modern touch to the historic church building.
If you are interested in purchasing one of the condos, unit prices range from $500,000 to $700,000. For more information, visit their website or call them at 704-237-0296.
