Nicole Bartlett, the owner of NEAT Method shared some organization tips to give your garage and mudrooms a thorough spring clean.
Bartlett recommended using shelving units, cabinetry, or clear weather-tight bins to save space, make it more visually appealing and store outdoor pillows, outdoor sports equipment, holiday décor and more.
According to the expert, it is also a good idea to set up a ‘Hang Rail Track Storage System’ with hooks and baskets for items that are primarily used outdoors, like gardening tools.
She also advised creating a basket system for items that are frequently used inside of your home such as cleaning equipment, shoes, Air Pods, sunglasses, or keys.

Labels as well as a shelving system are also helpful tools to keep your garage and mudroom neat and organized, according to Bartlett.
