CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QC Life) - April Simpkins, mother of the late Cheslie Kryst, sat down with the QC Life team to talk about Kryst’s life, as well as mental health challenges.
Kryst, a Charlotte native and Miss USA 2019, died in January 2022 after battling depression.
Now, more than two years after her death, Kryst’s memoir “By the Time Your Read This” is being released.
