GASTONIA, N.C. (QC Life) - The Gastonia Baseball Club is set for its inaugural Opening Day on Thursday.
Before the first pitch was thrown, QC Life’s Jorge Andres visited the ballpark to get more familiar with t
he new team.
Currently without a permanent name, the club will “test” eight different temporary names this season, starting with the “Gastronauts.”
The team, which will compete in the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball, will play its home games at CaroMont Health Park. The season schedule and a link to buy tickets can be found here.
