MOORESVILLE, N.C. (QC Life) - An Iredell County barber has gone viral for his braiding skills, gaining more than 13 million social media followers.
Juan Castano, also known as Nito, has created his own brand and is using that following to give back to the community.
On Saturday, Nito is hosting the “Let’s Go Festival” at Sherrills Ford Optimist to raise money for youth community sports. The festival will include everything from bounce houses to hot dog contests and more.
QC Life’s Jorge Andres spent some time with the social media star ahead of the festival, plus gave our team some braiding tutorials.
