CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QC Life) - What better way to embrace Cowgirl Summer than by designing your own Western hat?

Deaven Niblock, cowgirl, owner and lead designer at Tack and Tulle, joined our show this afternoon to tell us about her custom hat bar Tack and Tulle.

Tack and Tulle designs custom men’s and women’s Western hats on a custom order basis for clients across the U.S. and has a mobile custom hat bar.

With the hat bar, Tack and Tulle does private events in Concord, with event space partners, and at at clients’ pre-selected venues. The hat bar has had a lot of success as a vendor for ladies’ nights, bridal parties, shower events, and even weddings.
