Cat Carter and Eric Ferguson from L’Ostrica joined us in the kitchen this morning to cook smoked lobster crespelle. Lobster crespelle is a crispy Italian crepe, leek cream sauce, and a fresh, poached lobster with parmesan, ricotta, lemon, and herbs.
