CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QC Life) - Let out your inner fashionista by participating in Charlotte Frocktails.
Charlotte Frocktails committee members Katie Knoblach and Kedi Tedla joined us this afternoon to share the details about this upcoming fashion event and to show us how to upcycle your current wardrobe.
Frocktails is a social gathering of DIY fashion enthusiasts who wear something they’ve designed to the event based on the theme. This event’s theme is “Queen City Chic,” which is left up to the designers’ interpretation. There will be food, cocktails, a fashion show, a raffle and swag.
The event will be held on October 19 at Heist Brewery at Barrel Arts. Tickets and info are available on their Instagram page @charlottefrocktails and on their website.
Watch the segment above to learn more and to watch a demo on using existing clothes to upcycle your wardrobe.
