Matt Dengler, licensed dietician and owner of RxRD Nutrition, joined our show this afternoon to share some healthy back to school lunch ideas.

Dengler focused on the several different parts that make a good, healthy lunch, including:

  • Veggies
  • Fruit
  • Dairy
  • Drinks

He also said to not forget the sweets and snacks that makes lunch enjoyable for kids and shared what he recommends as a good treat.
