CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QC Life) - The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS) announced a woman from Charlotte as this year’s winner of the National Visionary of the Year award.
Ashley Snider, an acute myeloid leukemia survivor herself, raised over $600,000 for LLS as part of its Visionaries of the Year campaign.
LLS strives to cure blood cancer and improve the quality of life for patients and their families.
Campaign Development Manager Bethy Velcich Rost and Snider shared more about this fundraising campaign.
