CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QC Life) - Napa is bringing food from the screen to the table with flavors from “The Bear.”
Napa on Providence’s David Sears and Conway Restaurant Group’s Aimee Larson demoed Sydney’s Cola Short Rib and Risotto, a dish inspired by Hulu’s “The Bear.” They also shared how this show has inspired their newest menu items.
One of the things they said they really love about the show is that it gives a window into the back of house in a restaurant environment. Independent restaurant life is tough, but also fun and rewarding.
Sydney’s Cola Short Rib & Risotto includes a slow braised short rib cola infused beef reduction with foraged mushroom risotto.
