CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QC Life) - Immerse yourself in what your library has to offer with the “Check Out Your Library” initiative.
OverDrive’s Jen Leitman and Mario Lopez from the Charlotte Mecklenburg Library introduced the “Check Out Your Library” initiative. This interactive library truck helps raise awareness and engagement for public libraries by helping communities learn more about their local library’s resources.
OverDrive is the company that has the Libby reading app, Soar learning app, and Kanopy streaming platform. And OverDrive has partnered with the CM Library for their Charlotte stop during this nationwide tour.
The truck has a variety of interactive stations that help the community know what their local library has to offer from entertainment to education.
