CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QC Life) - It can be hard to find time, but it’s a task that is necessary for pet owners: walking the dog.
To learn just how much walking our four-legged friends need, Shawn Gantkowski from Dog Training Elite joined the show.
He said puppies and energetic dogs usually need three or four walks per day to get their energy out.
Meanwhile adult and senior dogs are normally good with one or two walks. For those older dogs, though, the walk only needs to be a gentle stroll, not necessarily a full-fledged adventure.
