CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QC Life) - An annual festival is returning to Charlotte’s Freedom Park this week, and is celebrating a major milestone.
This year’s Festival In The Park will be the 60th in the event’s history. Ahead of it, Laresa Thompson and Trey Klingensmith joined the show to talk more.
Around 200 artists will take part in the festivities, 60 hours of live performances are scheduled and a children’s zone will be set up.
Plenty of food and drink options will also be available, and vendors will be on site. The festival runs Sept. 20-22.
Additional information, including festival hours and more, can be found here.
