CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QC Life) - A new immersive art experience is now open and it’s truly out of this world.

Earlier this year, the team at Blumenthal Arts began working to bring about a new immersive experience called “Space Explorers: The Infinite to Charlotte,” which is inspired by NASA missions.

To do that, they needed a place to operate. Fortunately, they found a 40,000-square-foot warehouse in the Iron District and transformed it into what is now Blume Studios.

Going inside Blume Studios' immersive space experience WBTV meteorologist Eric Garlick went to get a look at the space exhibit.

WBTV meteorologist Eric Garlick got a chance to go check it out and speak with some people behind the project.

To hear and see more, be sure to check out both segments above. Tickets and additional information about the immersive space experience can be found here.
