CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) - Sports fans rejoice! Plenty of action this weekend with the Panthers, Hornets and Charlotte FC all playing in the Queen City.

Charlotte FC vs. Orlando City (Bank of America Stadium), Friday 7:30 p.m.: Be a part of history! The Crown is hosting its first-ever home playoff at The Fortress as they take on Orlando City in match two for the first round of playoffs. Tickets start at $20.

Hornets vs. Boston Celtics (Spectrum Center), Friday & Saturday: Get ready for two action-packed days of basketball as the Charlotte Hornets take on the Boston Celtics for two straight games on Friday and Saturday. Friday’s game starts at 7 p.m. and Saturday’s at 6 p.m. Tickets start at $40.

Charlotte Symphony: The Music of Queen (Belk Theater), Friday & Saturday 7:30 p.m.: “Bohemian Rhapsody,” “We Will Rock You,” “Somebody To Love.” Rock out to the iconic music of Queen with the Charlotte Symphony Orchestra. Vocalist MiG Ayesa will lead with vocals recreating Freddie Mercury’s legendary sound. Tickets start at $20.

Drop Dead 5K (Historic Elmwood Pinewood Cemetery), Saturday 9 a.m.: That chill in the air might come from more than just the early morning temperatures. This Saturday is your chance to take a scenic run through Charlotte’s Historic Elmwood Pinewood Cemetery where you can pass by some of the resident luminaries, perfect for the weekend after Halloween. Stick around for the guided tour after the race. All proceeds benefit the cemetery’s restoration and preservation. Registration starts at $45.

PAW Patrol Live! Heroes Unite (Ovens Auditorium), Saturday & Sunday: Are you ready for a PAWsome experience? Your favorite pups go from the screen to the stage in a live adventure for the whole family. Join Ryder and the PAW Patrol pups as they catch the Robo Dog clones to save the world. Tickets start at $30.

Festival Día de Muertos (Ford Building Camp North End), Saturday noon to 8 p.m.: Celebrate 20 years of this colorful cultural celebration commemorating the dead. Get immersed in Mexican culture with a display of catrinas and altars, folkloric dances, traditional food and live music. There will be fun activities for the kids including face painting. Admission is free.

Whiskey Wine & Fire (Ballantyne’s Backyard), Saturday 4 to 9 p.m.: It’s a feast for the senses as the sun sets and you’re surrounded by whiskey and wine bars, tented food stations and firepits. Take your souvenir class around the stations for an all-you-care-to-taste experience. Follow the smell of roasted meats at the open fire grilling up pork, ribs, brisket and more. Soak in the evening with the sounds of bluegrass, Americana and country music on the main stage. Tickets start at $69.

Panthers vs. New Orleans Saints (Bank of America Stadium), Sunday 1 p.m.: It’s another weekend of football with the Carolina Panthers battling it out against the New Orleans Saints on our home turf. Tickets start at $49.

Queen City Comedy Experience (Stage Door Theater), through Sunday: Get ready to laugh with some of the best local talent Charlotte has to offer. This week-long festival is bringing hilarious comedy to the Queen City with different themes and talent including love at first laugh, clean comedy that doesn’t suck and comedy bingo. Tickets start at $15.
