CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QC Life) - That extra hour of sleep when Daylight Saving Time ends is great. But that’s just one night. Now the days are shorter, it gets dark so early. It can be hard to keep active and in good spirits. Adina Godette with Thriveworks Counseling in Charlotte gave us some easy tips for dealing with the change.
