CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QC Life) - It was a family affair in the QC Kitchen. Three brothers own Surefire Neighborhood Market in Rock Hill. The business, started by their parents, is a modern convenience store focused on providing accessible groceries to underserved communities.
They also make incredible burgers. They cooked up their signature smash burger. It comes with American cheese, house made pickles, Smacked Sauce and is served on a toasted brioche bun.
A fire damaged their Rock Hill store last year. While they work on building that back, they are operating out of a food truck. They also have a partnership with HopFly Brewing Company.
