Senior TLC is for adults 55 or older who need medical services or more formal support than they currently have to live safer and with peace of mind. They provide all necessary healthcare services, social support, and resources to older adults who need assistance so they can continue to be independent and remain at home no matter what happens in their lives.
The caring staff at Senior TLC offers over 20 services, including primary care, therapy, transportation, home care, social services, and even transportation. They understand that everyone has unique needs, which is why they take the time to work closely with each participant to craft and personalize care plans that are tailored to you or your loved ones’ needs.
The PACE program is designed to be affordable for everyone, regardless of Medicaid eligibility. Once enrolled, all services are covered with no premiums, co-pays, or deductibles. If a payment is needed, it’s one bundled monthly payment based on your income.
