CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) - The Professional Fighters League, or PFL, is coming to Charlotte in August!
The 2025 PFL World Tournament 9: Finals is coming to Charlotte, North Carolina on Friday, Aug. 15. Three five-round Tournament championship bouts will headline the event at Bojangles Coliseum starting at 6:30 p.m.

Early Card matchups
The Early Card matchups, set to begin at 6:30 p.m., will include:
- Women’s Flyweight Showcase Bout: Juliana Velasquez (13-4) vs. Ekaterina Shakalova (9-3).
- Lightweight Showcase Bout: Biaggio Ali Walsh (2-1) vs. TBA.
- Women’s Flyweight Showcase Bout: Sabrina De Sousa (3-0) vs. Saray Orosco (8-7).
- Bantamweight Showcase Bout: Renat Khavalov (9-0) vs. Vilson Ndregjoni (11-4).
- Women’s Flyweight Showcase Bout: Chelsea Hackett (4-3-1) vs. Ashley Thiner (1-0).
Main Card matchups
The Main Card matchups, set to begin at 9 p.m., will include:

- Lightweight Tournament Final Main Event: Alfie Davis (19-5-1) vs. Gadzhi Rabadanov (26-4-2).
- Women’s Flyweight Tournament Final: Jena Bishop (9-2)vs. Liz Carmouche (24-8).
- Bantamweight Tournament Final Co-Main Event: Marcirley Alves (14-4) vs. Justin Wetzell (12-2).
- Lightweight Showcase Bout: Mads Burnell (20-7) vs. Robert Watley (15-3).
Tickets to PFL in Charlotte
Tickets were on sale for the Aug. 15 event in Charlotte via Ticketmaster.
As of Tuesday, July 15, ticket prices ranged from $40 to upward of $300.
PFL Hospitality and VIP Experience packages were also available for hundreds, if not more than one thousand, dollars.
