CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QC Life) - Camp Arc is a mainstreamed summer day camp program for youth and adults who have an intellectual disability. There are eight, one week sessions of camp which divided by age groups and each camper may attend one session per summer. Camp Arc is one of many programs offered by the City of Rock Hill Parks, Recreation and Tourism Department.
