JINYA is celebrating 15 years with this incredible collaboration with Gianluca with a first ever Italian fusion dish ‘ciao ramen.’
The “Ciao” Ramen is a first-of-its-kind fusion dish that combines QCP’s signature Italian flair with JINYA’s rich ramen tradition — featuring a tomato purée soup base with garlic, olive oil and herbs blended into creamy chicken broth, it’s topped with sous-vide chicken, spinach, cherry tomatoes, chili oil, basil oil and finished with fresh-grated Parmesan cheese served tableside.
