CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QC Life) - Bulgogi is a traditional Korean dish. Usually it’s made using beef. But not at Blasian Asian Way. Owner Jeffrey McBride gets inspiration from the dishes he grew up eating. He joined us in the kitchen to help us celebrate National Chicken Month and National Rice Month by making a chicken bulgogi.
